Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day your order is delivered to your shipping address. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any non-defective items returned by the customer. Once issued to a customer, we cannot resell these items as new. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all purchases upon receipt.

Our "Return Policy" is not applicable to Custom Orders, Container Orders, Special orders, Sale or Clearance items, even if you contact within 14 days from receiving the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.
