Shipping Policy

The Carpentry Shop Co., LLC. will ship all purchased items excluding custom orders within 7 to 14 business days. On orders of $2,500 and up, items will be delivered to customer's room of choice and up to two flights of stairs. If necessary, item will be assembled on site and all shipping material hauled away. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the continental US.

Items ordered online will be shipped with 14 days of the order. Custom orders will be shipped 3 to 6 weeks after design approval.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Other exclusions may apply.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. The Carpentry Shop Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
