Damage
If you see any damage to the pallet, boxes, or contents, follow these steps before the driver leaves:
- Note the damage: Clearly write a description of the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document next to your signature.
- Take photos: Snap pictures of the damaged items while they are still with the driver, and take a photo of the signed POD.
- Accept & Report: You may then accept the delivery, but you must email us the same day with the photos of the damage and the receipt.
Order Cancellation Before the Final Delivery
- Cancel within 48 hours of your order being placed.
- If you choose to cancel your order after it has left the warehouse, you will be responsible for:
- Two-way shipping costs: The cost of the transit already completed plus the return shipping to the vendor.
- Restocking fee: A charge equal to 25% of the order value.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our "Return Policy" is not applicable to Custom Orders, Container Orders, Special orders, Sale or Clearance items, even if you contact within 30 days from receiving the order. Custom orders are also non refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
