To avoid return costs, we recommend that clients wishing to place an order first order a sample (a single item) to ensure satisfaction with the finish and other characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color and texture of an item on a computer screen.
If you were to change your mind about an item you have received, you may return the item (in sealed original condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. You must contact us at info@thecarpentryshopco.com to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days from the day the return is received by our office.
Please understand that we are unable to resell opened items. If you received your item in a re-sealable package, you do not have to worry about this issue. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable.
The buyer will pay return shipping, and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that we ask that returns be postmarked within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery.
To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. Order cancellations are not guaranteed, as an order might be in the middle of processing and unable to be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to a 2.9% fee, which is charged by payment processors and is not refundable when an order is cancelled.
