The Stahl® X Gas Compatible Firepit will add a contemporary touch to your outdoor environment while keeping you warm throughout the season. Comes in 4, easy-to-assemble pieces and is the perfect option for those who might have HOA restrictions, or just prefer the simplicity of a gas firepit.

    *Warning, the steel can become hot after a prolonged fire and children should be under adult supervision at all times around the firepit.

    *Raw steel used in the manufacturing of metal fire pits always has some discoloration. Please note that we do our best to maintain the most consistently clean steel, but sometimes the metal is not perfect. Once the metal patinas, the discoloration will not be visible. Please let us know if you have any questions about patina.

    Based in the Pacific Northwest, Stahl Firepit began in 2013 when the yet-to-become founders were seeking a functional yet stylish fire pit for their own backyard. Having experienced various fire pits that didn’t survive more than one season outdoors, the search for something durable, clean and modern was on. Noting a serious lack of affordable, high quality fire pits, they were inspired to answer the call themselves, and hence, Stahl Firepit was created.

    Firepits are made from hand selected A36 hot rolled steel, which develops a beautiful patina that matures in character as it ages. With time outdoors, your firepit will naturally lighten, changing from a dark blue to an autumn gold. After its first season, expect it to adopt a lovely golden tint. By the third season (climate dependent), it will fully patina into its final shade of rich autumn, with a distressed look completely its own.

    The Carpentry Shop Co., LLC. will ship all in-stock items, excluding custom orders and made-to-order items, within 14 to 30 business days.

     

    Items ordered online will be shipped within 14 days of the order. Custom orders and made-to-order items will be shipped 6 to 12 weeks after design approval.

     

    Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship to the continental US.

    To return your product, contact info@thecarpentryshopco.com for instructions and a return label. 

     

    Deadline & Conditions:

    • 14 Days: You must contact us for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
    • Condition: Items must be in like-new condition. We will not accept returns with stains, pet hair, signs of use, or if the item has already been installed.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

     

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Special orders
    • Items that are missing original packaging
    • Gift cards

     

    Fees & Deductions:

    • 25% Restocking Fee: Applied to all non-defective returns (because we cannot resell them as new).
    • 2.5% Credit Card Fee: If you paid by card, this processing fee is non-refundable (e.g., a $25 fee is deducted from a $1,000 refund).
    • Shipping: Customers must pay for return shipping. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

     

    Partial Refunds & Refusals:

    • We reserve the right to refuse a return entirely if the item is damaged or misused.
    • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are missing parts or not in their original condition due to no error on our part.

    Refund Notification & Processing:

    • Status Email: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.

    • Payout: If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

       

    Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

     

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    If you haven't received your approved refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:

    1. Check your bank account one more time.
    2. Contact your credit card company (it can take a few days for the refund to officially post).

    3. Contact your bank to check on their internal processing times.

       

    If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at info@thecarpentryshopco.com.

     

    Please be aware that the Firepits are susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.

     

    Standard Shipping service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom orders.  All reduced price or sale items are final and no returns will be accepted.
