These cozy, soft throws are woven by a small company in Peru. Designed in Portland, Maine, the nuanced tinted neutrals are inspired by nature and are evocative of the Maine coastline. Crafted from luxuriously soft baby alpaca from high in the Andes in Peru, with a silky soft hand, these are truly heirloom pieces meant to be enjoyed for many generations.

Many of the blankets are made by small companies, some on antique looms in Maine, as well as in the UK, Ireland and Peru with an understated sophistication and a timeless quality that expresses both function and elegance.
