CUSTOM DOOR DETAILS

Make the details your own.

Personalize a compatible cabinet door with an inside framing bead—the profile along the inner edge of the door frame, where it meets the center panel. Explore seven Conestoga profiles, then tell us which detail you like for your custom-door quote.

Profile photos illustrate shape, not your final wood or finish. We confirm the framing bead, door construction, panel, outside edge, dimensions, material and finish together before ordering. Available combinations vary by design.

Create your custom door.

Send your preferred profile name, door inspiration, material and finish, plus dimensions and quantities. We will review the compatible details and prepare your quote.

OPEN UP THE POSSIBILITIES

A place for glass.

Choose frame-only doors, or ask us to supply and fit glass through our glass partner. TCSC installs the glass into the door; your contractor installs the finished door onto the cabinet.

Ask about 10SQF3, plain frame-only options and decorative mullions. Profiles, glass choices, dimensions and pricing are confirmed with your quote.

THE DETAILS MATTER

Complete the inset look.

Pair your inset doors and drawer fronts with coordinated cabinet front face frames. Choose from five profiles, available across our wood types with paint and stain options. We review your selected material and finish together with the doors in your quote.

Manufacturer photos illustrate frame profiles and show Honey with Sable glaze. Our collection is offered without glazes; select your paint or stain from the finish galleries above.

Plan the frame and doors together.

Include overall frame dimensions, each opening size, rail and stile widths, desired reveals, quantities and photos or a labeled drawing. We review door sizes and frame openings together before you approve the order.

FROM IDEA TO ORDER

A thoughtful process, from the start.

01 / Choose

Select door styles, materials and a finish direction. Order physical samples before final approval.

02 / Share

Send finished component sizes, quantities, hinge-boring details and project photos. Identify frame-only doors, glass and cabinet face-frame needs.

03 / Review

We prepare your quote. You approve final measurements and specifications and pay before we release the order to manufacturing.

Gather the right details.

Record each door or drawer front by label, finished width, finished height and quantity. Include hinge make/model, hinge side and boring locations. Cabinet opening dimensions are different from finished door dimensions—identify which you are providing.

Need help preparing your measurements? Include your questions in the quote request below.

LET’S PLAN YOUR REFRESH

Your kitchen. Your quote.

Tell us about the project and the options you like. Pricing is prepared individually; submitting an inquiry does not place an order.

Include preferred styles, custom framing bead profiles, material, finish, approximate quantities, pickup or delivery, and any glass, face-frame or drawer-box accessory needs. We will coordinate measurements and supporting photos during follow-up.

Before you begin.

Is installation included?

The standard collection is supply only. Buyers arrange cabinet-door installation and provide and approve final measurements, quantities and specifications. Optional glass fitting into doors is quoted separately.

Can every style use every material?

No. Material, construction, finish and hinge-preparation availability vary by style. We confirm your requested combination and specifications with the quote.

How do pickup and delivery work?

Orders arrive at TCSC in Northvale, New Jersey for receiving and inspection. Choose customer pickup or request a separately priced outbound shipment. Timing and handling are confirmed for your order.

What about large or unusual doors?

Manufacturing limits and warranty coverage depend on construction and dimensions. Oversized or unusual requests require individual review. Warranty thresholds do not automatically establish manufacturing limits.
