The Hilicus is your small space entryway solution. The lightweight steel table brings form and function to minimalistic style. Place a bowl on top and you've got the perfect place to stow your keys, charge your phone, etc.

Contract-grade piece that meets commercial demands as well as residential. Handmade in Los Angeles, CA.

Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. A 25% restocking fee will also be charged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds
 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus a 25% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 6-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Standard Shipping
 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders for $199. Most Front Door items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 4-5 business days of receiving your order. Custom orders may take longer.

 

Freight Shipping
 

Some of our products (e.g., coffee tables) are too large to ship via a parcel carrier service and must be shipped via LTL freight carrier. The LTL freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be present for the delivery of your order. Delivery of the order from the curb to the inside of a home or business is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s). LTL freight carriers will not deliver your order without a scheduled appointment. This makes it vital to have the correct contact name and phone number on the BOL. It is the customer's responsibility to keep up with delivery date and time to be present at time of delivery.

 

Note: If a delivery is attempted and no one is present to accept the delivery you may be responsible for re-delivery fee.

 

Damages & Lost Shipments
 

Please be present for the delivery of your order. We take every precaution to ensure safe arrival and have consulted with the carriers to develop packaging. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect the package(s) for damage prior to signing for and/or accepting them from the shipping carrier. If your product is damaged in any way, you must refuse delivery and MUST be reported immediately.  By signing for and/or accepting the package(s), you are assuming liability for the condition of the package(s) you received. 

 

Undeliverable Address or Refusal of Delivery


Orders or merchandise that is undelivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will make every attempt to correct an address or contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned, you will be credited for the order minus the shipping cost.
