Resplendence is an original acrylic artwork on canvas by Andrew Weatherly measuring 30" x 24". Weatherly, who has Down Syndrome, believes art can be used to empower people with disabilities. He finds personal and social growth through the creative disciplines of painting, poetry and photography; allowing him to express himself while presenting his unique perspective to viewers.
