Paintable Fluted Panel Samples

Orders ship from our facilities in Toronto or Pennsylvania (depending on your location), directly to you. Orders of 2+ of the 8' panels, or 6+ of the 9' panels ship free to all Canadian provinces and contiguous US states.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Orders of up to 9 boxes ship via parcel mail with tracking information. No signature is required for delivery.

Orders of 9+ boxes (or 3+ boxes of the 9' panels) will ship on a pallet with curbside delivery and call-ahead service. Signature is required for shipments of this size, and someone will need to be on-site to carry the boxes inside.

Each box measures 13"Wx2"D and weighs 27-32lbs.

What do I need for installation?

The Paintable Fluted Wall Panels can be installed with nails, screws, or adhesive. Nails or screws should be inserted through the front of the panels, and covered with filler prior to painting the panels.

Can I cut the panels?

Yes, absolutely. The panels are made from MDF and easy to cut using a handsaw or a circular saw.

Can I hang a TV from the panels?

We don't recommend hanging a TV directly from the panels, instead cut out a gap for the TV mount and mount it to your wall as you regularly would. From there, you can install the panels around the mount before hanging your TV from the mount.

How do I wash the panels?

The best way to wash the slats is with a well-wrung cloth or duster. If you ever want to clean the felt between the slats, simply use a vacuum.

The paint you choose to paint the panels with will have a large effect on their cleanability. We recommend eggshell paint for high-traffic areas, consult with your local paint dealer for details.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We're 100% committed to customer satisfaction - if your order arrives damaged, please send us an email at info@thecarpentryshopco.com  with images of the damages within 48 hours of delivery, and we will find a solution for you immediately.

• PVC film backing adhered to the back of the panels for added strength

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us via email at info@thecarpentryshopco.com within 14 days of your order being delivered if you wish to return it. You must send us an email containing your order number and the tracking number for your returned order within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Your order must be packaged and delivered securely, in its original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges involved in returning your purchase. If you choose not to insure your package, you will be responsible for loss or damage. Any damage that occurs during return transit may affect refund eligibility. We recommend selecting a trackable and insured shipping service to help protect your return shipment.

Samples are not eligible for returns or refunds, but their cost is refundable if you place an order containing at least one (1) Willow Panel, Paintable Panel, Fluted Wood Panel, Exterior Panel, or Room Divider.

Before your refund can be processed, we must receive your order at the address provided to you. In addition, your order must be in new, unused, and resalable condition to receive a full refund. It cannot have any holes, marks, defects, or any aftermarket alterations that would affect its retail value. If the product has been used or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund. Your refund will be returned to the same credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase.

Once your order has been received and inspected, if it is free from any damages or signs of use, your refund will be promptly initiated. You will receive a notification via email as soon as the refund has been initiated. From there, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
